Based between Milan and the UAE, Greta Scarpa works across advisory and strategic community-building, with a sharp eye for artistic significance, cultural impact and long-term meaning. Her vision is systemic - collecting as authorship and influence. Before founding STELLA, Greta launched Greta Scarpa Art Advisory in Milan, cultivating a loyal base of Italian and European collectors. Drawn by the vitality and ambition of the Gulf, she expanded her practice into the UAE in 2021, where she now spends several months each year. Greta advises her collectors using clear and strategic criteria: art needs to be original and meaningful within the artist’s practice, culturally or socially relevant and poised to grow in resonance and value over time. She is equally adept in the secondary market, with a particular focus on post-war European masters.

Chimere is a founder with over a decade of experience in communications, having held senior roles in publishing and the luxury sector. She has led transformative initiatives, including representing the United Nations ITC and joining BLANK, a climate-change consultancy launched in Los Angeles, as a partner.
As a long-time contemporary art ambassador and collector, she co-founded STELLA Alliance with Greta Scarpa to champion greater participation by women collectors. Preceding this in 2020, she launched ArtKōrero, a consultancy supporting artists and organisations in cultural innovation, funding and partnerships.
Philanthropy is central to Chimere’s work. She holds leadership roles in several global charities, using art as a platform for social impact and meaningful contribution.
