Greta Scarpa works as a Cultural Strategist and is the Co-Founder of STELLA Alliance. She focuses on cultural strategy in contemporary art, artistic valorisation and the development of long-term visions for private and institutional collections. Her work is grounded in a deep attention to how art structures cultural identity and produces meaning over time; how artworks, collections and cultural projects can gain resonance, coherence, continuity and how they can become active elements in shaping a shared cultural imagination. She co-founded STELLA Alliance, a mission-driven initiative between Europe and Middle Est that strengthens the presence and leadership of women collectors within contemporary cultural production.
Greta’s trajectory positions her as a distinctive voice in contemporary cultural design, with a vision that brings together art, strategy and long-term thinking. She contributes to the development of cultural ecosystems capable of producing meaningful impact, broadening the ways in which institutions, collections and brands participate in shaping the artistic landscape of the present and the future.

Chimere is a founder with over a decade of experience in communications, having held senior roles in publishing and the luxury sector. She has led transformative initiatives, including representing the United Nations ITC and joining BLANK, a climate-change consultancy launched in Los Angeles, as a partner.
As a long-time contemporary art ambassador and collector, she co-founded STELLA Alliance with Greta Scarpa to champion greater participation by women collectors. Preceding this in 2020, she launched ArtKōrero, a consultancy supporting artists and organisations in cultural innovation, funding and partnerships.
Philanthropy is central to Chimere’s work. She holds leadership roles in several global charities, using art as a platform for social impact and meaningful contribution.
